HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Should you wish to return your product, please send an email over to email@example.com detailing your order number, which product it is that you would like to return and the reason for your return.
You will then receive a confirmation email that will need to be printed and included in your return package.
Please then send your return to:
You have 7 calendar days from the date that you received your item to get in contact advising that you would like to return an item. You must then return it within 14 days from the date the you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with any labels still attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non refundable.
Should you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and then purchase the new item that you would like as normal.
Please note that you are responsible for the method in which your return is delivered, if the parcel is not tracked or signed for, then I cannot be responsible should it not reach me.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item.
I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
